Based on CT scans analyzed by Vent Hermes, it suggested to me an exact planning of the correct insertion of the femoral and tibial drill canals. This was predicted from the 3-dimensional digital-twin even inside the bones which was never possible before. In addition, important relevant mechanical aspects were considered which was impossible before. Therefore, I adopted my preoperative planning done on the conventional CT scan. The outcome was fantastic. No pain killers for the Patient on the 2nd p.o. day and Flexion angle of 90°. I conclude that the technology of Vent will be a mandatory tooling plan soon not only for ACL reconstruction.
